From September 21st to 23rd, hosted by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City, undertook by the National Intellectual Property Training (Guangdong) Base, The “Training course for improving the intellectual property dispute mediation ability in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City” was successfully held in Zhuhai City. Participates of the training included the administrative personnel from the Market Supervision Administration of Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City.
As an invited guest, Ms. Helen DUAN, general manager of Innopat, conducted a theme sharing training on "Hot Cases of Intellectual Property Disputes" for the participants. Introducing the overall international landscape of intellectual property, with a particular focus on the in-depth analysis and interpretation of hot cases of intellectual property disputes. This would include the cases of the patent war of unmanned drone between Autel Robotics and Da-Jiang Innovations(DJI), successful protection of ink patents of Zhuhai Print-Rite New Materials Corporation Limited , and the case of Mayborn " No Knock Cup " appeal. Ms. DUAN also specifically analysed the response strategy of the 337-1106 investigation case in the consumables industry and its success factors, as well as shared her suggestions on intellectual property management and dispute settlement.
After the training, they communicated and answered questions with the participants on the spot, a part that particularly saw positive feedback.
